Tip 247: Printing emails
A reader asks:
"Is there a program that when a e-mail arrives in Outlook that it will print it out? Or one that prints the attachments all of them at once? Instead of opening the e-mail and then one by one opening and print the attachment?"
Newer versions of Outlook support printing email using rules and there are several 3rd party utilities that offer better control over the process.
The most popular ones are:
Print Tools for Outlook: http://mapilab.com/outlook/print_tools/
AutoPrint: http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/Auto-Print.asp - also included in You Perform - http://www.yousoftware.com/perform/
