Hmmm... it sounds like you are missing the File, Export menu. This is a common problem with BCM and possibly other add-ins. (I don't know why, although I'm guessing it's possibly caused by adding the BCM Export menu to the Import/Export options.) You can either reset the Menu bar or customize the toolbars and add it back.

If you use Outlook Live's version of Outlook, the menu is present but it doesn't work.
